Late check-outs and/or early check-ins must be approved and pre-arranged with front desk personnel. Extra fees may apply.
Additional Charges
Please note our standard room rates are based on double occupancy. Any extra guests including children up to age 4, additional charges will be applied to the room rates.
Please note that our single rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests while our double rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Early Departure
Early departure before the agreed day must be informed to us latest by checkout time (11am) on the day before. If your reservation is for several nights, we are entitled to charge you the full amount for the entire stay.
Disturbances and Noise Policy
Our Quiet Time is from 11:00PM to 7:00AM.
If any disturbances/noise from a room is reported, the guest(s) will be given one warning. If the disturbances continue, the guests of that room will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING in our rooms. Partying will be subjected to a fine up to $500.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room during the Quiet Time. If there are any complaints from other guests during the stay, the guest may be temporarily or permanently banned from staying at our property.
No Smoking Policy
Tobin Lake Motel is a NON-SMOKING motel.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Tobin Lake Motel reserves the right to charge any guests who violate the policy a special
$500 room cleaning fee.
